I totally agree with the last post about mamas and papas i bought the new skate lime the week it came out 6 weeks later it broke refused a refund outright told me they would fix!!!!  3 weeks !!! later i still had no sign of it being fixed it took 4 phone calls  and 3 emails to actually get somebody to find out what was going on was told be ready the next week still no sign so i threatened them with legal action got an exchange but no refund  so try legal action tactic!!  it worked for me got a brand new pram out of it which isnt what i wanted but still its better than nothing at all .
