I have bought everything frm mamas and papas before our daughter was born and i mean everything frm nursery to clothing. we bought a stroller frm them a ziko flashy stroller 2 months agop and had a few probs with it. i.e wheels squeeked all the time, front swivel brakes kept falling down and locking the strollerand the handle was loose. ide only used it for about a month.
we took it back and we had numerous things go wrong that we've bought frm them and they have always sorted it. hoping they would this time we spoke to management at a store and they refused to do anything but take it away to be fiddled wit by a so called "buggy technician". my partner stressed that we would rather have a refund or exchange. not willing to budge we persisted. eventually after abt an hour an refund was agreed. then we looked at other strollers at the time and we decided we would just pay the difference for another one. and again giving them the benefit of the doubt. then the snotty manager came up to us and said "i would prefer it if you took the refund and left the store as we do not want you as a customer of m&p again. we were horrified that the manager had just said that.
We asked her what we should do with the stroller as it was still a problem and she said its your property please leave the store. I called headquarters and spoke to a manger who said that they had banned us frm the store and said we could only go back for our refund. which we did and guess what? they even asked us for the tiny ziko toy back, that came with the stroller how pathetic. that was the last time we had looked at anything mamas and papas and i have written off to the company director and still waiting for a response. terrible attitude and an no value for its customers. if you find this helpful lets stand together so we get the service and the goods that we actually pay for
