Pay pal !!! well where do you start ! they a crooks in suits ( and yes you can sue me cos i aint got anything!), i have been on ebay for many years and have earned paypal and ebay quite a pretty penny, i purchased a item of a ebayer who do be fair had a low but good feedback (purple ronnie ), i payed thu paypal instantly as always, the item turned up broken and whats more you could see where someone had tried to glue / repair them ( focus car headlights), after the seller messed me about with tit 4 tat answers and addmited they brought them off ebay but never check them !! i decided to lodge a complaint wiv paypal, paypal said i had to take them to a recognised repairer (fords) and get a quote to repair them !!! (1) , i would have to take time off work to do this ,( 2,) fords didnt want to get involved but would and said they were un-repairable , to put this on paper would cost me as a estimate !.. (3)car when i asked paypal if i would be refunded this extra cost , i was told no ! and also IF my claim was won i would only get the cost of item back, and i would have to pay to return the items to the seller !!!! so great ! i loose 1st lot of post and packing , all ebay and paypal fees , the estimate cost , and to kick me straight in the nether reigons ... the cost to send them back !! wow thanks guys , so i gave up ! but the story dosnt end there oh no ! i got a neg feedback and slagged off for good measure ! so the moral of the story is if you want something go and get it and veiw it befor you pay !
