paypal : eBay Guides

same here i sold a mural  people paid then 6 weeks later i got message of a item not received i gave tracking number and checked with royal mail there said it had been delivered and signed for i told paypal this there gave buyer his money back i then phoned them and belieive me i would get more sense from a 6 year old there said it was nothing to do with them (eh) that it was ebays fault so i phoned ebay and yes you guessed it was paypals fault i sent 23 emails and got the exact same email back so i thought well so be it then i got message saying as i sent so many complaints there now are closing my paypal account down with £75 in it which i can claim back in 180 days all i can say is paypal are robbing *#+@#
