I have been using Personalshipper.com for about 8 weeks, in the past I have used the usual suspects, DHL, Parcel2go etc. These guys are a step above the rest, really great customer service and I mean really good, actual people, who seem to be able to help then and there, plus I get email and sms updates everytime something happens. Another great aspect is the insurance they offer, it's really cheap and covers loads of stuff. I sent a Cannondale Mountain bike valued at £800 to the Wirral and the insurance cost me £2.63, plus there is no excess, although I didn't need to use it as it was delivered the nextday ontime and in A1 condition.

The prices are not the cheapest in the market, but they are pretty reasonable and I think, by not going for the cheapest price, they are able to offer a higher level of service. So far I have sent 14 items via them and I have one that was not delivered nextday, as the buyer was out, the great thing was they updated me so I knew and then delivered the nextday at no extra cost.

So all in all a really good experience. I'm not a power seller and mostly buy off Ebay, but I now always use these guys to collect or deliver my stuff
