i dont think sellers should expect or include a so called 'handling fee' after all the customer is paying for the 'item'.

any other costs should be paid by the seller

even if that mean's paying the bus fare to your local post office.

why should the customer have to pay for your bus fare or diesel?

i think those that charge such fees are taking the ----.

the customer pays for the stamps and the packing,

nothing more!

the rest comes out of your own pocket,

not your customer's!

the customer is paying for the item and the charges set by royal mail to deliver and thats that!

dont ask or expect your customer to pay for your bus fare

pay it yourself!

to me that is fair and if anyone disagrees.......
