IF YOU HAVE A RENUALT LAGUNA (MINE WAS 1999 MODEL) AND ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH YOUR REMOVE LOCKING, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THOSE REPLACEMENT KEYS ON EBAY (THEY WONT WORK) TRY THIS FIRST

YOU WILL NEED YOUR 4 DIGIT CODE, this car was the radio type not the infra-red, hope this helps you

switch the ignition on, the tell-tale light will flash (as it does)

  2. depress the accelerator pedal and keep it held down. the tell tale light will go out

  3. press the button on the end of the window wiper control arm the number of times the first figure              of the code

   *check that the tell tale light comes on each time you press it*

  3. release the pedal and the tell tale light will flash again

 4. repeat the same operation for the next 3 digits of the code

   At the end of the code the tell tale light should be continuously on

 :  if it is flashing the code is incorrect, swith off the ignition and try again
 :  if you enter it incorrect 3 times you have to wait 15 mins to enter it again
