I would agree with the comment previously made ... I recently visited Mamas and Papas store to purchase a cot - whilst there I mentioned that the stiching on the change bag that I had purchased from them was starting to come away.  My daughter is only 3 months old so the item hasnt been used a significant amount - I was promptly told that they could not offer a refund, the item would have to be sent back to the main office (at a cost of £12.50) to establish if it was a fault or due to misuse, and if it was proven to be faulty then they would repair the item not refund.

I have only ever carried nappies and bottles of milk - which I would assume was the main purpose of the bag!!!

Needles to say I didnt purchase the cot.........
