renault keys can be obtained from scrap yards and do work if you get the keys and the decoder box that the keys are codded to. Renault told me that i would need a new set of keys and a decoder box at the cost of  £285 fitted as the car would not start but they turned the immobiliser off  so that i could still drive the car had look on e bay and picked one up for £20 delivered fitted it my self and it now works like new but what you cant do is add to youre existing set of keys.

But if you take the small screw out of the key fob you can change the key blade to your key blade and then you are back to normal again
