WHO IS HE, WHO IS HE,WHO DOSE HE THINK HE IS.

hi every one i was looking for a gift for my mum and mother in laws birthday they are 1 day apart so i found ghost deep night 50ml perfume and amarige gift set 50ml perfume item numbers 5671148975 and 5670069725 i thought they would be the perfect gifts. i won them on the 2&3 of march mr j shaw received the money on the 10th march via royal mail recorded delivery dk 681563031gb is my reference look up royal mail and type in the reference number you will see where it was delivered and that it had been signed by mr j shaw. i got an email on the 10th saying my items were shipped out. then on the 15th i got a email for an important announcement to see when i was paying for the items. emailed him back with payment details and that the items were ment to have been posted out on the 10th.

i started to feel in my bones i was not getting the perfume so started to look at his feedback and getting in contact with all the people he has let down all the same story that the items had been posted out so i opened a dispute with ebay but was just going round in circles so i left him neg feedback for one perfume and he opened a dispute on squaretrade for me to lift the neg feedback. i closed the squaretrade dispute and started getting reply from others he had let down he had opened disputes with them as well wanting the neg feedback took off. i left the other neg for the other perfume and he did the same i asked for the perfume to be redelivered was told he did not have any in stock but he was selling them on ebay but he said he was not asked for a list of the perfume he had in stock but that was not good enough i have not got a bank account so i could not get a cheque and it is unsafe to send postal orders uncrossed so i told him to keep the money and his perfume as i was not removing my feedback so others could see what he is like. what i dont understand is why ebay is letting his get away with him not sending out the perfumes to honest buyers.

now this guy mr j shaw has been a member of ebay for a total of 1 year and 6 months

i think that is tearable that is such a bad feedback score for just over a year and 77 people gave into him to remove there negative shame on you's only joking but it gets me so angry that he is getting away with taking peoples money and nothing is getting done about it  please vote for this review the higher it is the more people will read it and may be i will be able to get to people that might one day go to bid on one of his things
