I paid for my book as soon as the auction had finished and it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. i have been contacted by other ebay members who had not received their goods but had paid for them straight away asking my advice. including one member who had been told by ebay to contact the police

Something really needs doing about this seller they are a LIAR THIEF and a BULLY and does not deserve to do business on ebay as he is giving ebay a bad name. Just look at this sellers feedback. i paid for my item straight away should i not get positive feedback for that but no i got negative feedback.

when i sent an email enquiring about my delivery i was sent a preset email saying it will be delivered in a few days.  when i didnt get my delivery i sent an email again enquiring but got the same email back.  i waited a few more days sent email, same email back. do i deserve negative feedback for that?

I contacted ebay and got my item eventually after which i left the appropriate feedback. i was left negative feedback for what?

If items are paid for straight away through paypal should we not get positive feedback

the negative feedback left by negative sellers who only leave like for like feedback are making a mockery of the ebay system.  As of 9/01/2007 riponukbooks have a negative feedback of 103 for the last 12 months, 16 in the last month

oh and ebay will not remove the negative feedback they say ''Unfortunately, a belief that a comment is untrue, undeserved or left in
retaliation is not one of the circumstances in which we'll remove
feedback''

Have you taken a look at the feedback for the now-banned eBayer "yeoldbookshop"? Look familiar? Should do, seeing as riponukbooks' email address is yeoldbookshop@blueyonder.co.uk!

Oh, don't forget he's wiped all his contact details from eBay and PayPal, in breach of the terms found at http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/identity-false.html
