Firstly I myself was ripped off by a seller calling themselves 1sel1, when I bought a Sindy House, they have ripped me and many many others before finally being kicked off ebay with no chance of getting my money back. They completely refuse to acknowledge emails and when they were reported to ebay they mentioned that they had offered a refund in their comment of which no offer was given to me and certainly no refund was received.

They are known as S Tobin or S Tovin, they use different names and different bank accounts, they may sometimes request that you pay directly into their bank account which is Natwest and Barclays - never ever do this,  towards the end they did offer paypal but by this time it was too late, alot and I mean alot of innocent ebayers were unfortunately duped by these rip off merchants and I mean alot towards the end.

They live in the area of Welwyn Garden City, and at present I have received several addresses for them - the two more common ones which kept coming up were 32 Mountway Close, and 39 Chambers Grove in Welwyn Garden City.

If you are looking at the Equestian side or Sindy section, please check to see where their location is first. This seller had seriously set up how to rip off innocent buyers - the address location had changed giving no indication where they were from, so you couldn't even see if they were on your doorstep. I managed to retrieve their addresses only by contacting others from their feedback to see if they had sent payments to them.

Some sellers do change their locations and they are honest sellers, BUT  PLEASE ALWAYS check their feedback rating first if this is the case and I would strongly recommend if still unsure contact some of their feedback contacts.
