when i suspected a car was too cheap on ebay . i was finaly told it was stolen from nottingham so i reported it to ebay who kept it on sale , but thanked me for informing them no other action was taken , a few days later  i was asked to fill in a questionair on ebays safety proceedures   . what a joke
