Beware of  'Wessexteak1' !

I paid for an item on the 8th September 2007, all I have received is 5 email delivery confirmations each moving the delivery date on by a month. The only way of speaking to someone when ringing them is to follow the procedure as if you want to make a credit card payment, not suprisngly they answer that one! After the last revised delivery date I cancelled the order and requested a refund which I still have not received. The whole process has taken so long that Ebay won't offer ANY assistance, I can't even leave feedback to warn other users. I am now forced in to taking legal action to recover my money.
