Once you've chosen your healing crystals - how do you work with them?

Any healing crystals have to be able to react with your energy field - the specific energy vibration of the crystal reacting and balancing your own energy field. This is also know and the electromagnetic field or aura. So the crystals need to be inside that energy field - 'your space' - which is out to about arms length for most people

You can work with a number of different crystals at the same time - they work very well together

You can wear your crystal as a pendant - many people have a selection of different crystal pendants that they wear depending on which effects thay are looking for at the time. I always wear at least two!

You can lay the crystals on or around your body as you relax. There are many layout patterns that you can use, but the basic ones use the main Chakra points.

You can hold your crystal in your hand while relaxing or meditating, or keep it in a pocket where your hand will touch it easily thoughout the day

In other cases, it is enough to have the crystal close to you - for instance an amethyst under your pillow to help you sleep, a sodalite or clear quartz between you and your computer to help deflect the electro-magnetic radiation from the machine

Larger pieces of crystal are not only beautiful, they can be very useful for your environment. A large piece of rose quartz or amethyst can keep the atmosphere in a room or office calm and positive. a clear quartz can help reduce the electro-magnetic radiation of the the TV, DVD, digibox or iPod - and of course the mobile phone!

You can keep crystals  around you in general. On your desk, by the cooker, as a hand comforter, by your seat as you watch TV or by your bedside

In fact - once you start, it won't be long before you have crystals everywhere!
